Joseph Palmer is a professional CAMTC Certified Massage Therapist (#28198) and has been in practice for over 27 years and is the co-founder of Natural Healings, A Center For Wellness and Natural Healings Soul & Spirit Studies a holistic educational center located in Martinez, California.  He received his therapeutic massage certifications from The American Institiute of Massage Therapy, and the California Massage Therapy Council.  He also has received a counseling certification from Stand.

During your consultation, you will be asked what you are specifically looking to get out of the treatment and if you have any heath issues.  This will allow Joseph to apply the right techniques for your needs.

If you have been very tight for a very long time, untangling your knots may feel like a workout.  Joseph will be checking with you periodically to make sure that the pressure is correct for you or needs to be decreased or increased.

As a very experienced therapist, Joseph can intuitively read yiour muscles and adapt the massage technique that is right for you.

For some clients, spa music can be very relaxing or very annoying.  Joseph subscribes to  Spotify which will locate your specific request, even if it is hard to find.
